Extraktion des Mappings Prozedur zu Prozedurwerten und Auswahl des Mappers

Aktuell sind nur die beiden Formulare

* OS.Systemische Therapie
* OS.Systemische Therapie.VarianteUKW

bekannt. Beide lassen sich über den extrahierten Mapper in eine Map mit
Prozedurwerten mappen.
